Service Pledge:
1. Everyone can buy or import goods from our Rose-Nail company.
2. All the prices shown on our website are unchangeable unless a discount
specially provided by our
company.
3. Please choose the items on our website directly to your order list, we will immediately
receive your
final order list once you confirm in the end. We will contact you regarding
the stock status and
shipping charge. Basically, orders can be sent by express
company such as TNT, DHL, UPS,
Fedex,or EMS.
4. When you decide to take the order, please make the payment within one week,
either by bank
transfer or western union. If you want to cancel your order,
please also inform within one week after
you receiving proforma invoice from us.
5. Received goods cannot be exchanged or returned except it is due to our production
errors. All of our
products are guaranteed at less 1 year.
